    Visited their shop on Sunday and they stayed open for us for an extra 20 minutes whilst we looked around. It's a family run business so you get the personal touch that you don't get in B&Q. We spoke to the older and younger staff and they were friendly and helpful. We all have bad days so maybe the person who was met with rudeness happened to be there on that day.
