  I'm sure the guys are usually very good, but in my case my £600+ bike came back from having new tyres and inner tubes fitted with many scratches and stains that I know for a fact weren't there before. The had also adjusted my rear gears which are now perfect, but the front ones no longer work so not that much of an accomplishment considering the rear gears were working well enough before they got their hands on it. I therefore called the company, informed them of the scratches and the front gear, they offered to inspect the front gear, no mention of fixing it though, however I ended up losing my temper over the scratches as they refused to do anything over it as I had no proof. I gave my bike in before a bank holiday Monday where they seemed to be a bit backlogged. I would therefore advise not giving your valuable new bike to them when they are busy as it is evident they make mistakes. I cannot comment on them during quiet periods. The staff were helpful enough however a bit reluctant to do anything when they have your money. I wouldn't use them again even if they were the last bike shop in the world. Very let down.
